For projects in EPC/M mode, Praxys offers engineering management services. In any project a large number of engineering documents are created. If a single document does not meet technical specifications or uses incorrect standards the potential consequences at project implementation stage are high. Every document should also be designed considering prudent utility practices, reliability and ease of maintenance and operational, safety and environmental aspects. At times, the engineering design itself needs not just modifications but a new approach.

Our engineering management covers:

• Review of key documents and processes in the project (conceptual engineering, major design calculations, detailed engineering documents and drawings, procurement specifications, QA and QC plan, test certification of critical equipment, performance guarantee procedures, erection, testing and commissioning procedures, manuals for O&M, training etc.) 
• Conducting review meetings and 
• Appraising owner of the project status.
